Social Media Content Creator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and a deep understanding of social media trends and platforms. This role involves creating engaging and high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement across various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce creative content (images, videos, GIFs, stories, reels, etc.) tailored for different social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and interact with followers to build a strong online community.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; prepare regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Collaborations: Work with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to enhance our social media presence and drive brand awareness.
  • Content Calendar: Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic flow of content.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
  • Strong written and verbal skills including the ability to demonstrate patience, tact, and enthusiasm while communicating with customers and team.
  • Intrinsically motivated and self-directed
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be willing and able to work well with diverse people.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus.
  • Experience with video editing and production is required.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ability to promote a positive image of the company required.
