Position: Content Creator & Graphic Designer
Location: San Angelo, TX
Type: Full-time

About the Role:
Media Advantage is a dynamic advertising agency specializing in strategic marketing, creative content, and digital solutions for a variety of clients. We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team—someone who can craft compelling content, design eye-catching visuals, and capture engaging video content.

 

Position Overview:

As a Content Creator & Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in developing high-quality visual and multimedia content across multiple platforms. This position requires a mix of graphic design, videography, editing, and content strategy to help brands tell their stories effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling digital and print designs, including social media graphics, marketing materials, branding assets, and ad creatives.
  • Develop layouts and visual elements that align with each client’s brand identity.
  • Design website mockups, UI elements, and promotional assets.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for digital campaigns, social media, and promotional use.
  • Capture high-quality footage, ensuring professional lighting, framing, and sound.
  • Edit videos for various platforms, incorporating motion graphics, animations, and sound design.
  • Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging written, visual, and video content.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital trends and best practices to optimize content for engagement.

Website Development (Bonus Skill)

  • Assist in the design and development of websites using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
  • Optimize images, videos, and layouts for seamless web performance.

Who You Are:

  • visual storyteller with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
  • Skilled in videography, lighting, and editingwith an eye for engaging content.
  • Comfortable working on multiple projectsin a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of website design principles; web development experience is a plus.
  • A creative problem solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with animation/motion graphics.
  • Drone photography/videography skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience using WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.

Digital Production & Events Manager

Position: Digital Production & Events Manager
Location: San Angelo, TX (Some travel & event work required)
Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We’re hiring a self-driven, highly adaptable Digital Production & Events Manager to support our digital and print production processes—from websites to magazines to live events. This is a behind-the-scenes leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing details, and bringing creative work to life.

You’ll help shape systems, build digital and print assets, support on-site events, and work across teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and lay out digital and print materials including magazines, banners, handouts, and signs
  • Build and maintain websites using platforms like Wix, WordPress, or Framer
  • Assist with event logistics, setup, and digital asset preparation
  • Collaborate on social content production (design, formatting, scheduling)
  • Integrate AI tools and automation to improve workflows and efficiency
  • Prepare files for vendors and printers and manage asset libraries
  • Work closely with creative, digital, and operations teams on daily execution

What You Bring:

  • Experience with Adobe, Canva, Penpot, or equivalent design tools
  • Familiarity with CMS/web platforms (Wix Studio, WordPress, Framer)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Comfortable with layout, signage, and print formatting
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable juggling priorities
  • AI fluency (ChatGPT, Copilot, Canva AI) or event setup experience

Marketing & Content Strategist

Position: Marketing & Content Strategist

We’re looking for a bold, imaginative Marketing & Content Strategist to join our growing team at Media Advantage. This role sits at the creative crossroads of marketing strategy, visual storytelling, and campaign execution. If you're passionate about content that drives engagement and love turning client ideas into polished, scroll-stopping campaigns, we want to meet you.

You'll collaborate with our creative and client-facing teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, create content across platforms, and shape the future of our mobile media and magazine offerings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Concept, design, and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
  • Collaborate on strategy for new client campaigns and help lead planning meetings
  • Design and produce visual branding, brochures, short-form videos, and web graphics
  • Track and interpret campaign KPIs to guide performance improvements
  • Contribute to new service areas including mobile media production and print magazine development
  • Stay on top of digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro), Canva, and Illustrator
  • Experience writing, managing, and publishing content across social platforms
